Great diner food and staff is amazing! Lumberjack, Philly cheesesteak, and French dip sandwich are all fantastic options. The Pepsi soft drink is a must! It was one of the best we’ve had in a really long time.
Let me tell you about the best diner in the United States! If you're considering pulling into the scotchwood diner consider yourself lucky! Don't second guess just go here! Unbelievable food quality high class service and an unbelievably hospitable owner on site! Couldn't find a thing to complain about if I tried! The chocolate cheesecake is unbelievable! It’s always a great experience coming here. The best Belgian waffles with blueberry strawberry and banana I believe they’re called red white and blue.
Great NJ diner experience! My family and I (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler) came in Black Friday for a quick bite to eat and Scotchwood Diner met our expectations and beyond! Ample selection for any eater and easily could accommodate a large party with kids without issue. We got many items, including those pictured: Mediterranean omelette, chicken souvlaki platter, and a big salad with chicken. All were delicious and affordable for a great diner experience. Stop by!
Stopped in for take-out. Got the Montecristo sandwich and it was exactly as stated on the menu. It turned out to be a larger sandwich than I was able to handle in one meal. Tasty too. Staff are very friendly. Prices on the high side, but that's usually the case lately. Overall positive experience.
